Hat Fair

In July 2023 I worked alongside the Play to the Crowd team at their annual street performance festival “Hat Fair” as an assistant area manager.

While working at Hat Fair I had the responsibility to manage one of the busiest sections of central Winchester, ensuring all performers were comfortable and in time with the precise weekend schedule, whilst also being a port-of-call for members of the audience regarding their safety, any questions or queries they may have, and keeping over 400+ members of the public organised while performances were taking place.
